Tanya D. Henderson is a seasoned corporate litigation and regulatory counsel with more than 25 years of combined in house and Am Law 50 experience. She currently serves as Assistant General Counsel at Hilltop Holdings, where she oversees all litigation strategy and management. Tanya has deep expertise in litigation management, corporate governance, regulatory strategy, and compliance leadership.

Tanya spent nearly two decades as a first chair business litigation partner and shareholder at prominent Am Law 50 firms. Tanya currently serves as the Chair of the Ethics Committee for the Dallas Bar Association. Tanya earned her J.D. summa cum laude from Texas Tech University School of Law and her B.A. magna cum laude from the University of North Texas.
