Jobby Mathew is a Legal Engineer at Harvey AI, where he partners with legal teams to operationalize AI within their day-to-day practice — translating emerging AI capabilities into workflows that in-house and law firm attorneys can trust and adopt. His work sits at the center of one of the legal industry’s most consequential shifts: moving AI from experimentation to enterprise-grade deployment.

Prior to Harvey, Jobby spent his career in-house, most recently as Principal Corporate Counsel at Microsoft on the CELA/API team, with additional experience at Oracle. That vantage point — sitting inside the legal departments now adopting AI — informs how he approaches implementation, change management, and risk at Harvey today.

Jobby holds a J.D. from the University of Oklahoma and is CIPP/US certified. He also brings a technical foundation in MIS and software development, giving him a rare fluency across both the legal and technical dimensions of AI adoption. He is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, where he also serves as an elected Board Trustee for Coppell ISD.
