Liz Feldman is Assistant General Counsel for Global Supply Chain at Lockheed Martin. Liz provides enterprise-wide legal strategy, risk-management, and compliance oversight and counsel for all activities in Lockheed Martin’s supply chain. Liz’s practice focuses on procurement, subcontracts, logistics, and supplier negotiations. Prior to Lockheed Martin, Liz was a strategic sourcing attorney for BNSF Railway and a commercial litigation associate at several law firms, including global law firm Sidley Austin. Liz holds a J.D. from SMU Dedman College of Law, magna cum laude and order of the coif, and a B.B.A. from Texas A&M University in Business Honors and Supply Chain Management, summa cum laude.
