Casey Fraser serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Lantern, a specialty care platform serving 12 million members and over 1,000 employer clients nationwide. Lantern is backed by leading institutional and strategic investors, including Insight Partners, Morgan Health (a JPMorganChase division), and Echo Health Ventures. As a member of a small in-house legal team, Fraser provides strategic legal guidance spanning several key legal and business disciplines, including AI governance and emerging technology, ethics and compliance, data privacy and cybersecurity, technology contracting, enterprise risk management, and HIPAA compliance. He has architected and operationalized several of Lantern's foundational programs, including its AI governance framework, ethics and compliance program, third-party risk management (TPRM) program, and privacy program, and designed and implemented Lantern's GRC solution, as well as its CLM.
