Amanda is a commercial counsel with 8-plus years of in-house experience advising SaaS and data-driven businesses, currently serving as General Counsel for a SaaS analytics company. She advises on complex product, data, privacy, and technology transactions, as well as product development and emerging technology risk.

As the sole in-house attorney, she partners closely with leadership, product, engineering, and sales teams to structure and negotiate high-volume, complex SaaS and data agreements, enable product launches, and build scalable legal frameworks that accelerate deal execution and support commercialization while managing legal and commercial risk.

Beyond this work, she also oversee the broader legal function, including corporate governance, compliance, and employment matters across the business.
