Rebecca is Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Assistant Corporate Secretary at MV Transportation (“MV” or the “Company”), the largest privately held transportation management company that contracts with public and private agencies nationwide. In her executive role, Rebecca is responsible for handling the Company’s employment and labor matters, litigation, commercial disputes, compliance, and insurance related matters. She plays a key role in advising senior leadership and the board on corporate governance and legal risk. With over 20 years of experience in the legal field, she is recognized for her sound judgment, collaborative leadership style, and ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes. Her outstanding contributions to the profession were recognized by Texas Lawyer as well as D CEO’s 2023 and 2024 Associate General Counsel Award.

Rebecca earned her J.D. from New York Law School and a B.A. in Sociology from The University of Texas at Austin. She is a proud graduate of The Hockaday School.

Rebecca and her husband are the proud parents of two children: Eli and Olivia, both students at Parish Episcopal School, as well as their furry friends, Dash and Nala.

Rebecca is a dedicated member of the Advisory Board at the Center for Brain Health in Dallas. In her free time, Rebecca is an avid reader, yogi, and pianist.
