As a Senior Litigation Strategist at DRC, Nathaniel Myers leverages his extensive litigation expertise to guide clients through complex legal disputes and develop effective trial strategies.
Before joining DRC, Nathaniel worked as a litigator in a large premier litigation firm. His practice focused on complex commercial litigation, white-collar defense, antitrust, and securities litigation. He has represented public and private companies in matters involving breach of contract, fraud, business torts, and commercial real estate disputes. He has played active roles in complex securities litigations on the plaintiff’s and defense’s sides, including SEC and DOJ investigations. Nathaniel has also worked with in-house counsel to develop legal strategies for crisis management, improve compliance efforts, and direct internal investigations. As a former securities associate, he has counseled public companies in preparing SEC filings, participated in numerous registered offerings, and advised on various corporate governance matters.
Nathaniel received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where he was a member of the Law Review, the Moot Court Honor Society, and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society. Nathaniel also has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
