Matthew C. Keck is currently Associate General Counsel and Director for United States Public Sector sales for Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company and sits on the AI advisory committee for HPE. Before joining HP in 2011, he was the Section Head Assistant Attorney General over the General Counsel Section in the State Operations division of the Michigan Department of Attorney General. After attending Albion College, he received his law degree from Duke University School of Law. Nick-named “e-Matt” in 1999, he has been extensively involved in all areas of Internet and cyberspace law, including development of the first consumer protection privacy legal actions. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional in the U.S. and has written a frequently cited law review article on privacy in the information age. He also served as an adjunct professor at Cooley Law School, where he taught a class entitled, “Representing the E-business Client.”
