Greg Bair is Sr. Global Employment Counsel for Ericsson Inc (EUS), where he provides legal advice and manages pre-litigation and litigation Labor and Employment matters for a global telecommunications and technology company in the U.S., Canada and across international jurisdictions in all regions of the company as a member of the global employment team. His role includes provided training on current employment issues to Ericsson's Global People team and giving advice to manage and mitigate risk to the business related to Labor and Employment matters in and across international jurisdictions, as well as developing solutions for employment risks to the company, including legal issues surrounding contingent workers, hybrid and remote workforces, performance management and pay transparency. Prior to joining Ericsson, Mr. Bair was Vice President and Associate General Counsel for a large national retailer and led the company's Labor & Employment, Ethics & Compliance and International legal teams. Mr. Bair holds a J.D. from Duke University School of Law and a B.A. from Utah State University, where he graduated as valedictorian of his college. He enjoys cooking, travel and music and is fluent in Japanese.
