Nikki Chriesman-Green is Senior Employment Counsel at Amdocs, a global company, where she advises on a broad range of employment and labor law matters across diverse legal landscapes. Her responsibilities include managing outside counsel on employment law litigation, overseeing internal employment disputes and workplace investigations, advising on HR policies and benefits matters, and DEI initiatives. She is also an advocacy instructor at Texas A&M University School of Law, coaching moot court competition teams.

An active member of the State Bar of Texas, Texas Bar College, National Bar Association, and American Bar Association, Nikki is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas and the Supreme Court of the United States. She has held numerous leadership roles, including Immediate Past Chair of the African American Lawyers Section of the State Bar of Texas, past president of the L. Clifford Davis Legal Association, and the current Diversity Committee Chair for the TCBA. She is also an appointed member of the Texas Municipal Police Association Advisory Board for police training.
