Samantha Mori is the Director, Assistant General Counsel, and Head of Litigation at Texas Capital, where she leads the bank’s litigation strategy and manages complex disputes across commercial, employment, and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Texas Capital, she worked in private practice as a litigator. Samantha graduated from Oklahoma State University with degrees in Multimedia Journalism and Spanish and attended Baylor Law School. With a background in both private practice and in-house counsel roles, she brings a strategic, business minded approach to litigation.
