Vicky Husband is the EVP, Head of Legal and Chief Compliance Officer, Real Estate Management at The Amherst Group. In this role, Vicky oversees the legal, compliance, and quality assurance teams that support all facets of Amherst’s single family rental business, including the acquisition and disposition of individual properties, as well as the management activities of its vertically integrated property manager, Main Street Renewal; and co-manages the Company’s corporate compliance program.

Vicky joined Amherst in 2017 and brings more than 21 years of legal and compliance experience. Prior to Amherst, Vicky served as Deputy General Counsel and Deputy Compliance Officer at the Corporate Executive Board (CEB), now Gartner. In that role, she led and managed all tactical and strategic legal matters for CEB's largest business segment and developed, implemented and managed the CEB compliance program across its 45+ global locations. Prior to CEB, Vicky was an associate in the Washington D.C. office of several law firms, including Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and Dechert LLP, where she focused her practice on structured finance and securitization.

Vicky is a graduate of Harvard Law School and the University of Texas at El Paso.
