Ijeoma “EJ” Evans is the General Counsel and VP, Legal at TMA (The Marketing Arm). EJ oversees the Legal Department and serves as an advisor to the Executive leadership team. EJ joined TMA in March of 2023 with more than 10 years of legal and business experience, specifically in marketing, healthcare, and regulatory environments. Prior to assuming her current position, she served as Senior Legal Counsel, Strategy and Procurement at Surescripts, LLC. In this capacity, EJ helped guide the company’s strategic and innovation activities, and advised the company on various technology transactions, intellectual property considerations, and human resources and operations activities.

EJ has a juris doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, and a bachelor of business
administration, with honors, from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.
