Sharon Johnson is a multi-department C-Level Executive that holds a JD, MBA and CCEP. As the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of MODE Global, LLC, a leading Freight Brokerage in the United States with over $3 billion in revenue and recognition on the Forbes 2023 Largest Private Companies List for three consecutive years (2021-2023), she oversees the company's global legal affairs. Sharon simultaneously holds the role of Chief Compliance Officer and was named Compliance’s Week’s 2024 Compliance Innovator of the Year. MODE’s compliance program, under her direction, was honored with the Navex 2023 Excellence in Ethics and Compliance Award.



Under her leadership, MODE’s ESG program twice obtained the EcoVadis silver rating. In her tenure at MODE, she has also served as Chief People Officer, head of Marketing, and head of Facilities. She is also a founding member of the company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program, and is a member of the Texas A&M University School of Law’s Alumni Board of Directors.
