Following a promotion into her current role as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Reusables at Kimberly-Clark Corporation, a 150-year old global consumer goods company, Kimberly transformed Thinx Inc., a then majority owned start-up entity, into a compliant, efficient, and crucial part of the company, harmonizing operational practices, redefining brand values, and resolving legal issues that emerged during and after the acquisition. By coordinating efforts across different functional areas, she ensured compliance and risk mitigation which led to the full acquisition and intricate integration of Thinx. Kimberly spearheaded the integration efforts, overcoming challenges posed by the highly regulated industry and the start-up's undeveloped operational practices. Daily, Kimberly s tasked with stabilizing and expanding the reusables business sector amidst a complex and demanding environment, with responsibilities extending to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
In addition to her General Counsel role, Kimberly served as Kimberly-Clark’s Chief Competition and Anti-corruption Counsel for more than 4 years. In that role, she led global competition and anti-corruption compliance initiatives by developing top-tier, risk-specific compliance programs, data analyses, risk mitigation strategies, and targeted controls. She supported the Kimberly-Clark Sales Organization, comprising over 550 employees, in driving sales strategies and organizational growth while minimizing legal and reputational risks.

Before her time at Kimberly-Clark, Kimberly spent nearly 9 years in private practice as an antitrust specialist before stepping in-house to lead the development and implementation of a global compliance risk assessment and legal auditing framework for A.O. Smith Corporation, taking charge of this initiative in both the United States and China—markets known for their complexity and competitiveness. She gained a deeper understanding of business risks by engaging stakeholders, leveraging data and systems to tackle basic compliance issues, and establishing a foundation for addressing more complex, high-priority risks.

Kimberly received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan, Master of Business Administration from West Virginia University College of Business and Economics, and J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law. She also serves on the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity and is currently a Leader of the Kimberly-Clark Legal Inclusion and Diversity Council.
