Kiran began her career as a law firm associate, handling complex commercial and financial transactions, before moving in-house to advise organizations across industries. She currently serves as General Counsel at SQN Associates, LLC, where she leads all legal functions, including contracts, compliance, corporate governance, and strategic counsel to executive leadership. Previously, she served as Chief Attorney for the Chicago Transit Authority and Assistant General Counsel for the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, leading major real estate, construction, technology, and finance initiatives. Drawing on her experience across various business sectors, she brings a practical and nuanced perspective to complex legal and governance matters.
