Dana M. Davenport, Esq. is Managing Counsel, Commercial Transactions & Operations (APAC/North America) for OSI Group, LLC, the premier global supplier of custom value-added food products to the world’s leading foodservice and retail food brands and one of the largest privately held companies in the United States. Dana provides hands-on commercial and operations legal support to the company’s various business units, leading a team of attorneys overseeing a wide variety of commercial transactions.

Prior to OSI, Dana spent almost a decade as Senior Counsel at Accenture LLP, a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud and security. There, Dana led the Global Sourcing Team, almost 30 lawyers around the world, responsible for complex global and North American procurement transactions. At SunCoke Energy, Inc., Dana was first a secondee and then hired to serve as Commercial Counsel, negotiating contracts and providing generalist legal support in the areas of intellectual property, human resources, and employment. Dana began her legal career in the Chicago office of DLA Piper, LLP with a practice in the areas of insurance, reinsurance, intellectual property, litigation and corporate entity management.

Dana is a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School and Spelman College.
