Kathryn Malizia is Executive Counsel for Global Litigation and Investigations at GE HealthCare, where she leads complex commercial and IP litigation, regulatory disputes, and internal investigations across the company’s U.S. and global operations. She advises senior leadership on litigation risk, enforcement matters, and dispute strategy in a highly regulated healthcare and medical technology environment.
Prior to joining GE HealthCare, Kathryn served as a federal prosecutor at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois. Earlier in her career, she practiced complex commercial and white collar litigation at the New York boutique Lankler Siffert & Wohl. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Rebecca R. Pallmeyer of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Kathryn earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School and her B.A. from Yale University.
