Farrah Pepper is a Legal Innovation Partner at Harvey, drawing upon decades of experience across in-house legal leadership and private practice to help design the future of law and the modern legal department. Previously, Farrah built and led high-performing teams at Marsh and GE, driving transformation within global corporate legal departments, and spent over a decade at Gibson Dunn as a litigator and practice group leader.

Farrah is an active leader in organizations shaping legal's future, including as a founding member and steering committee member of Legal Data Intelligence (LDI), a board member and fellow of the College of Law Practice Management (COLPM), and a member of the PLI Innovation Council and Legalweek Education Advisory Board. At CLOC, she has served as vice president, board member, and New York regional group leader.

Her accolades include In-House Innovator of the Year (Leaders in Tech Law), Best Use of Technology (American Lawyer Industry Awards), two-time ACC Value Champion, two-time WIPL Award recipient and ILTA Influential Woman of Legal Tech.

A lifelong New Yorker and a double-NYU alumna, Farrah earned her B.A., summa cum laude, from NYU’s College of Arts and Sciences and her J.D. from the NYU School of Law.
