Farrah Pepper is a Legal Innovation Partner at Harvey, bringing decades of experience across in-house legal leadership and private practice. She has built and led innovative teams at Marsh and GE, driving transformation within global corporate legal departments, and previously spent over a decade at Gibson Dunn as a litigator and practice group leader. Her career reflects deep expertise at the intersection of legal practice, operational excellence, and innovation.

Farrah actively volunteers and leads in key industry organizations who are driving the law forward. This includes her service as a member of the Legalweek Educational Advisory Board, a Founding Member and Architect of Legal Data Intelligence (LDI), a Board Member and Fellow of the College of Law Practice Management and a member of the Practicing Law Institute (PLI) Innovation Council. She has held various leadership roles at the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC), including Vice President and Board Member.

Recent accolades include: In-House Innovator of the Year (Leaders in Tech Law), Best Use of Technology (American Lawyer Industry Awards), Monica Bay Women of Legal Tech, AI Visionary (Relativity) and Top 50 Women to Watch (CCBJ).
