Grace Kim is Associate General Counsel for Sound Physicians, a physician-led multi-specialty medical group comprised of 4,000+ clinicians practicing across 45 states. She advises on health care, corporate, and contracting matters, and she serves as lead counsel for Sound Physicians’ Accountable Care Organizations. Prior to Sound Physicians, Grace was Assistant General Counsel at Beth Israel Lahey Health and an Associate at Ropes & Gray, LLP. She earned her J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School, MBE from University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine, and BHS and BA from University of Florida.
