Dan Monico is Assistant General Counsel at Medline, where he currently leads a commercial counseling team across the company's ~$25B North American business. Dan also managed enterprise litigation for several years at Medline, including a mass tort relating to environmental emissions, product liability, and commercial disputes.
Before coming in-house, Dan spent six years at Kirkland & Ellis, where he represented clients like General Motors, Motorola, and BP in large litigation matters. Dan also clerked on the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
