Heidi Hennig Rowe is the Deputy Practice Group Leader of the Venable’s Construction Law Group and a member of Venable’s Board. Heidi has nearly 25 years of experience helping developers and project owners manage construction-related risks. She drafts and negotiates more than a billion dollars in design and constructions contracts on an annual basis for projects throughout the country and regularly advises on claims management, helping project owners to resolve claims before they become formal disputes. Heidi has been recognized in Chambers USA, Legal 500, Law Bulletin Media, Chicago Business Journal, Crain’s Chicago Business as one of Chicago’s “Women of Influence” and several other publications.
