Josh Tzuker has close to two decades of public sector experience, most recently as chief of staff of the Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division. In that role he oversaw the work of more than 800 attorneys and economists and helped to bring the filing of generational cases in airlines, media, technology, concert ticketing and consumer staples. He also helped to orchestrate the publication of the 2023 Merger Guidelines and served as the Division’s lead partner with Congress on the passage of the Merger Modernization Act of 2022.

Prior to his time with the Department of Justice, he worked in the private sector as a senior policy advisor for competition and consumer protection at Oracle and as a counsel at two global law firms. Additionally, he served in senior roles at the Federal Trade Commission and Congress as attorney advisor to Commissioner Terrell McSweeny and as legislative director to Congressman John D. Dingell, the former chair of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, respectively.

Mr. Tzuker holds a JD from Georgetown University and a BA from Penn State University.
