Lisa is Senior Director and Managing Counsel at Walgreens, where she oversees the company’s commercial and securities litigation portfolios. She manages a broad array of both high-stakes and day-to-day litigation, including all manners of business disputes, consumer class actions, securities matters, and affirmative recovery litigation. Lisa also oversees teams responsible for ensuring retail compliance across the chain, including for regulated product sales, food safety, and product pricing accuracy.

Previously, Lisa was a litigation partner at McDermott Will & Schulte. She earned her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Michigan and serves on the National Immigrant Justice Center’s Leadership Council.
