Anna Inch serves as General Counsel at Carhartt, Inc, where she oversees legal, compliance, risk management and social responsibility for the organization and serves as Corporate Secretary. In this role, Anna serves as a strategic advisor to the executive team and Board, ensuring integrity, accountability, and sustainable corporate practices.

Anna oversees a multidisciplinary team that manages legal affairs, regulatory governance, and compliance initiatives. She is dedicated to developing value-driven programs that align risk management with purpose-led strategies, supporting the business in achieving its objectives while maintaining stakeholder trust.

Anna holds a J.D. from University of Missouri at Kansas City and a B.S. from University of Illinois. She currently lives in Farmington, Michigan with her husband Chris and mini dachshund Lucy.
