Meghan Riley is Managing Associate General Counsel at Verizon, where she advises the Global Networks & Technology organization on network infrastructure strategy and deployment.

A seasoned leader, Meghan drives smart resourcing strategies that balance cost discipline with operational speed. She drives the integration of AI and other new technologies and directs strategic cross-border partnerships with Verizon’s Global Legal Services team in India. Her leadership focuses on aligning complex business needs with sustainable team structures, ensuring that legal and business partners feel empowered through change.

Previously, Meghan practiced complex litigation and taught as an adjunct professor of law. She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. Outside of work, she is a mom of four, a horse lover, and a registered yoga teacher.
