Davina P. Biddle is Vice President, Associate General Counsel for Strada Education Foundation, a national philanthropic organization focused on connecting education to opportunity.

Davina advises executive leadership on corporate and commercial matters, governance, and operational risk. She also serves as deputy to the EVP, Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary and is the Corporate Secretary of Strada affiliates.

Prior to Strada, Davina served as Senior Associate General Counsel for Elevance Health (formerly Anthem, Inc.), a Fortune 20 corporation and one of the nation’s largest healthcare companies. In this role, she advised the company’s global supply chain operations, ESG, and vendor management. Davina also served as chief legal counsel of the Elevance Health Foundation, where she advised on all legal matters, including impact investments and celebrity partnerships.

A proud HBCU graduate of Jackson State University and Indiana University Maurer School of Law, Davina is a member of the Indiana and D.C. bars. Davina lives in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area with her wonderful husband and son.
