Michael Rispin is Deputy General Counsel at Cart.com, a leading unified commerce and logistics platform powering omnichannel growth for modern brands. In his role, Michael advises on complex corporate, securities, M&A, employment, real estate, and commercial matters, and partners closely with executive leadership to support Cart.com’s continued scale and innovation across software, fulfillment, and supply chain solutions.

Prior to joining Cart.com, Michael served as Senior Director, Associate General Counsel at Sprout Social (NASDAQ: SPT), a global leader in social media management software with more than 30,000 customers worldwide. At Sprout, he led the corporate, securities, M&A, intellectual property, marketing, and corporate compliance legal functions, playing a key role in supporting the company’s significant growth as a public company.

Michael brings over 12 years of in-house legal experience advising public technology companies, including helping guide multiple companies through the transition to the public markets. Prior to going in-house, Michael worked at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
