(NASDAQ: SPT) where he led the corporate, securities, M&A, intellectual property, marketing, and corporate compliance legal functions. With over 30,000 customers worldwide, Sprout Social is a global leader in social media management software, offering comprehensive publishing and engagement functionality, customer care, influencer marketing, advocacy, and AI-powered business intelligence.

Michael has over 10 years of experience advising public technology companies on corporate, securities, commercial, and intellectual property legal issues. He has served as in-house counsel for small, midsize, and large public companies, two of which he helped take public.
