Lisa Procaccio is a dynamic attorney with a background in litigation, compliance, and transactional work. She currently supports Fiserv's Financial Solutions Group by managing a team supporting sales, serving as a business unit attorney, and overseeing contract negotiations for multiple software products and services for financial institutions of varying sizes. She excels at supporting her client across multiple lines of business and building collaboration amongst stakeholders and multi-lens approach delivers responsive and proactive outcomes. Prior to joining the private sector, she was a government employee with over a decade of experience in litigation, advisory, and transactional work. Most recently, as in-house counsel for Milwaukee County, she served a population of nearly 1 million, including its electeds, board members, and senior leaders. Prior to that she was a public defender, litigating in both criminal and civil courts. She was recognized by the Wisconsin State Bar Young Law Division as its 2023 Outstanding Lawyer of the Year and in 2015 received the Martin Hanson Memorial Advocates Prize for an acquittal on a first-degree homicide charge.
