She is adept in advising senior leadership, leading cross-functional teams and providing business-minded legal solutions. She currently serves as Vice President and Head of Labor and Employment, Ethics and Integrity at Attentive Mobile Inc., a venture-backed unicorn that pioneered SMS marketing technology. Prior to Attentive, Anita was the General Counsel of Global Labor and Employment at Nielsen Media. Before going in-house, Anita represented diverse clients across industries as a labor and employment counsel, practiced general litigation and completed a federal district court clerkship. She earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law and her B.A. from Stanford University.
