Kiran Advani, General Counsel at SQN Associates, has over two decades of experience serving as a strategic legal advisor to executives and corporate boards. Her roles at the Chicago Transit Authority and YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago included leading governance, preparing board presentations, and shaping organizational strategy. She understands board dynamics and risk-informed decision-making and most importantly, how to effectively balance the two. Kiran is a Board member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, Chicago and has been named President-Elect for year 2027.
