Theresa Shea is the EVP, Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary for Utz Brands, Inc., a 100 year old publicly traded snack food manufacturer which produces Utz, Zapps, Boulder Canyon and On the Border snacks, among others. Theresa oversees the complete legal function for Utz and is the first in-house lawyer for the Company. Theresa lives in Chicago and has previously worked in-house for Chicago-based United Airlines and True Value Company. Her favorite Utz product is Zapps Pretzel Stix!
