Doug Graham credits his biggest successes as an in-house counsel directly to an expanded focus beyond the home office and traditional legal functions, especially his interactions with team members at various levels throughout the enterprise and proactive initiatives. He has held General Counsel roles at Oil-Dri Corporation (a consumer products and specialty materials company), Intren (a national electric and gas contractor) and, most recently, LanzaJet (a renewable fuels technology company), and brought to those roles his big company experiences at Exelon, Commonwealth Edison, United Airlines, and the Tribune Company. He started his career at Jenner & Block, where his matters ranged from pro bono Supreme Court cases to the largest corporate hostile takeovers.
