His team of legal and project management specialists service hundreds of companies across a wide range of practice areas including corporate compliance and governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance, contract management, and litigation.

Reyner has held a number of senior-level positions during his twenty-five-year career in the legal services industry across legal technology, compliance, governance, risk management, new business development, product management, and strategy. His last position, with Wolters Kluwer Corporate Legal Services, was Vice President Midmarket. In that role, he successfully led the business through one of its largest acquisitions and implemented a new midmarket growth strategy focused on delivering innovative services and solutions to drive customer retention.

Reyner is an innovator with a passion for disciplined approaches to both entrepreneurialism and intrepreneurialism that maximize agility and innovation in business. By identifying needs and developing products and services to meet those needs, he has aided the success of law firms and legal departments nationwide.

Reyner has a JD with a concentration in business organizations from Widener University School of Law, Wilmington, DE, and was admitted to the Delaware Bar in 2005.

Reyner enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and extended family. He also loves being outdoors, especially if it involves the patience, peace, and quiet of a golf course or a deer blind.
