Scott Garnick serves as a trusted advisor to the customer organization’s leadership team, at HERE Technologies, the world’s leading location technology platform. Scott negotiates strategic IP licensing transactions globally and leads a team of deal lawyers negotiating HERE’s customer agreements. Scott also serves on the company’s AI strategy team, collaborating with the trust, privacy, commercial, and product teams, to the “guardrails” for AI issues . Prior to HERE, Scott worked at Accenture, negotiating technology and consulting and outsourcing deals, and in healthcare regulatory compliance at Centene Corporation.
