Nathan Leong is General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Memora Health, an enterprise conversational AI platform for healthcare backed by Andreessen Horowitz, General Catalyst, and other top institutional investors. Nathan is a member of the executive team and drives overall legal strategy and execution across the company. Prior to Memora, Nathan led the legal affairs team for Microsoft U.S. Industries & AI and won the Microsoft Circle of Excellence award for his work as a key advisor to the U.S. business on COVID-19 and the Google|Apple Exposure Notification System partnership. Nathan has served on numerous boards and committees including the LCLD Alumni Executive Council, Law Foundation Board of AABA-Chicago, CABA-Chicago Advisory Board and Nominations Committee, and several NAPABA national committees.
