Patrick M. Sheller is General Counsel & Secretary of Latham Group, Inc. Patrick was appointed General Counsel & Secretary in August 2022 and is responsible for managing Latham’s legal and compliance function and for advising senior management and our Board of Directors on securities law and corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial contracts, antitrust matters, financing transactions, corporate compliance, litigation, intellectual property, labor and employment law and international matters.

Patrick has extensive experience in leading global legal and compliance organizations. Prior to joining Latham, Patrick advised public companies on securities law and corporate governance matters as an independent consultant. From 2018 to 2021, Patrick served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Mauser Packaging Solutions (“Mauser Packaging”) a multinational industrial container business. From 2015 to 2017, Patrick was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Mead Johnson Nutrition Company where he managed the company’s global legal organization and advised senior management and the Board of Directors on mergers and acquisitions, securities law and corporate governance, complex commercial contracts, compliance, litigation, intellectual property, labor and employment law and FDA and international regulatory matters.

From 2011 to 2014, Patrick was served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary & Chief Administrative Officer of Eastman Kodak Company where he was responsible for Kodak's worldwide legal and other corporate functions. During his 21-year career with Kodak, Patrick also served as Deputy General Counsel; Chief Compliance Officer; Division Counsel to the company's former Health Group; Chief Antitrust Counsel; and International Counsel to the company's Europe, African and Middle Eastern Region. He also held strategic planning and operating roles in Kodak's former Health Care Information Systems business.
Prior to joining Kodak, Patrick was in private law practice with McKenna, Connor & Cuneo (now part of Dentons) in Washington, D.C., specializing in antitrust, commercial litigation and healthcare law. He began his legal career with the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, D.C., serving as Attorney Advisor to the Chairman and as a Staff Attorney in the Commission's Bureau of Competition.

Patrick earned his law degree from Albany Law School and is a graduate of St. Lawrence University.
