Joy Frey is a seasoned corporate attorney with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and legal risk management. As General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for RINA North America, Joy advises executive leadership and oversees all legal matters impacting the RINA companies located in this region. Her expertise includes negotiating multi-million-dollar commercial contracts, managing post-acquisition integrations, and ensuring compliance with complex regulatory frameworks. Previously, Joy held senior legal roles at Salesforce, where she led legal integration for global post-M&A activities, and at Accenture, where she managed cross-border post-acquisition legal restructurings. Her law career began at Baker McKenzie LLP, where she specialized in multinational M&A and global corporate restructurings. A graduate of Northwestern University School of Law, Joy also holds a master’s degree in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University and is licensed to practice law in Illinois.
