Ms. Brown is the chief legal officer and corporate secretary of Sedgwick. As chief legal officer, she oversees Sedgwick’s legal, regulatory and compliance efforts. Additional duties include oversight of M&A activity, client contract management, employment practices, internal audit, privacy compliance, fraud prevention, licensing requirements, litigation management, and furnishing legal advice to the company’s board of directors and senior executives. In her current role, Kim oversees engagement at the state, federal and international levels in public policy matters affecting the claims industry.

Prior to joining Sedgwick, Kim practiced law with Armstrong Allen, PLLC, where she specialized in medical malpractice defense and commercial litigation. Kim holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tennessee.
