Barbara A. Dunlap, Vice President of Employment Law & Litigation at Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits is responsible for managing and creating the strategic direction and vision for employment litigation, EEO investigations, affirmative action and number of other compliance functions. She has worked as senior counsel in several companies where she has also managed traditional labor, compliance, and regulatory matters domestically and globally.


Ms. Dunlap leverages strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide sound counsel and guidance to all levels of management on key legal, compliance and business issues. She conducts training for managers and HR professionals on human resources, diversity and inclusion, labor and employee relations best practices, policies and union avoidance strategies and has spoken on multiple panels as a subject matter expert.

In addition to the companies Ms. Dunlap has worked for she has also served as a federal mediator for the EEOC. She received her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law, and her undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester. She is a member of the Illinois bar and enjoys non-profit board work, mentoring young people and attorneys and loves spending time with family and friends and international travel.
