Fernanda Beraldi joined Aurorium in Indianapolis in September 2023 as Vice President, General Counsel, Compliance Officer and Secretary. Before that, she held an equivalent role for Inotiv, Inc. (Nasdaq: NOTV), which she joined after serving as the Senior Director, Ethics & Compliance and in other legal and compliance roles for Cummins (NYSE: CMI) for almost seven years.

Fernanda has 20 years of legal experience, and moved to Indianapolis from Brazil in 2014, after spending six years as senior counsel for the third-largest global aircraft manufacturer, Embraer (NYSE: ERJ). She is a dual-licensed (Brazil and Indiana) lawyer from Mackenzie University in
Sao Paulo, Brazil. During the Master of Laws program at Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, she served as a law clerk for Justice Steven David (Indiana Supreme Court) and for Eli Lilly and Company, being the first foreign law student to be selected for such roles. Fernanda
completed her Master of Laws program in Corporate and Commercial Law in 2015, graduating cum laude. She was also one of the commencement speakers.

In 2017, Fernanda was selected for the inaugural LL.M. Early Career Achievement Award, granted by her American alma mater. In 2019, Fernanda was selected by the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) as a Top 10 in-house lawyers under 40 years old, globally. In 2020,
Fernanda was selected by the Indianapolis Business Journal for the “Forty Under 40” 2020 class, and in 2023, as one of Top 250 most influential business leaders in Indiana.

Fernanda is also passionate about giving back to the business community in Indiana. She currently serves as a Trustee for Marian University, being a member of the Investment Committee; a Member of the Executive Committee of IU-Indianapolis; a Member of the Committee of Values and Ethics of Indiana University Health; a Member of the Board of Directors of JDRF (Indiana and Kentucky Chapter), and a Member of the Board of Directors of WFYI.
