May is a technology and privacy attorney with experience in GenAI product development, AI governance and global technology licensing transactions. Among her current projects, she is lead counsel for McDonald’s Global Artificial Intelligence governance program, advising on governance program design, development and implementation. May was born and educated in Singapore, graduated from law school in England, and is admitted to the Illinois Bar (House Counsel).
