Fernando Guardazzi is Legal Counsel at I Squared Capital, a leading independent global infrastructure investment manager with approximately $60 billion in assets under management across energy, digital infrastructure, transport, and other essential infrastructure sectors worldwide. Based in the firm's Miami office, Fernando supports I Squared Capital's legal team on M&A, portfolio company transactions, and other matters, with his practice focused on the firm's Americas investment platform. Prior to joining I Squared Capital, he was a member of the Private Equity M&A group at Kirkland & Ellis. He holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and is a member of the Florida Bar.
