Jodie Zerega is the Founder and Managing Director of Zerega Consulting, a legal search and consulting firm she launched in 2003. Over the past two decades, she has partnered with corporations, law firms, and nonprofit organizations across the United States, Canada, and Asia, placing hundreds of attorneys at every level—from associates to general counsel. Her clients range from privately held startups to publicly traded companies with more than 25,000 employees. Before launching Zerega Consulting, Jodie served for nine years as Director of Recruiting at a multinational law firm in Atlanta, where she helped oversee the firm's growth from 185 to more than 525 attorneys, including the opening of six U.S. offices and one in Hong Kong. With experience on both the law firm and recruiting sides of legal hiring, Jodie brings a practical understanding of the legal talent market and the evolving challenges facing today's legal departments.
