Vivian Bocchio is Associate General Counsel for Latin America and Canada at Olympus Corporation of the Americas, where she leads legal support across a complex and diverse international region and serves on the Boards of Directors of several Olympus entities in the region. She is a Brazilian-qualified lawyer with extensive experience advising multinational companies on corporate and commercial matters, employment, compliance, regulatory affairs, corporate governance, strategic transactions, and business risk. Throughout her in-house career, Vivian has served as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, combining legal expertise with a pragmatic and business-oriented approach to support decision-making and sustainable growth. Prior to joining Olympus, she held senior legal roles at Tyco International, Dalkia – Veolia l and also practiced law in Brazil. Vivian holds an LL.M. in Transnational Law from the University of Miami, an MBA from IESE Business School, and a Master’s degree in Contracts from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), in addition to her LL.B. She is admitted to practice law in Brazil.
