Renata Wolfe-Schlesinger is an attorney with more than 25 years of experience in the legal field, with a focus on corporate and banking transactions. Over the course of her career, she has acted mostly as in-house counsel, providing strategic legal guidance to support business growth and development. She started her career in Brazil and was transferred to the United States in 2010, with the purpose of establishing the legal department for her company’s US operations. She has since then developed the department's structure and processes, and, along with her team, she liaises with the business units and oversees all legal operations in the US.
