With over a decade of experience combining Corporate Law and Intellectual Property with the demands of the pharmaceutical industry, he oversees a broad legal mandate spanning M&A, structured finance, and IP management across the region. As Company Secretary, Roberto is responsible for the corporate governance of more than 30 legal entities. His board-level role has given him deep expertise in healthcare law — including drug pricing, reimbursement frameworks, and fraud and abuse regulations — and a first-hand understanding of how these issues shape business strategy.
