I serve as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Filevine, a fast-growing legal AI company. I report to our CEO and co-founder and work closely with our leadership team across every part of the business, from securities and financing to M&A, governance, contracts, and commercial deals. I oversee Legal, HR and Information Security.

I joined Filevine early in the company's growth and have built the legal function as the business scaled significantly.

Before Filevine, I was a partner at Kirton McConkie, Utah's largest law firm, where my practice focused on corporate and securities law: private and public offerings, capital markets, M&A, and corporate governance. That background has translated well to the demands of a high-growth technology company.

I am a member of the Utah State Bar and State Bar of Texas.
