Elaine Horn serves as Co-Chair of the Employment Litigation practice Group and the Employment Counseling practice Group at Williams & Connolly LLP. She represents clients in a broad range of complex civil and commercial litigation matters with emphasis in the areas of employment disputes and products liability. In her employment practice, Elaine represents a wide range of companies across multiple industries in litigation and arbitration matters involving sensitive internal investigations, antidiscrimination and harassment claims, and matters involving FMLA, ADA, Title VII, contract claims, and unfair competition. She litigates individual civil and administrative cases and class actions. She also provides counseling on corporate and nonprofit employment policies. Elaine has been recognized as a “Labor and Employment Star” (2020-2024) and “Litigation Star” (2025-2026) by Benchmark Litigation.
