Ksenia Takhistova is the Chief Legal Officer and IP counsel at LCM Biosensor Technologies, a life science company developing a wearable medical device for noninvasive monitoring of human metabolic health. She has almost two decades of experience as IP and technology attorney, and spent over a decade in private practice representing diverse clients in IP negotiations and contentious proceedings in the US courts. She leveraged her science and engineering backgrounds to advise clients in both high tech and life science fields on patent procurement, licensing and litigation matters. She also serves as a co-chair of CME, a nonprofit organization fostering STEM talent and sustainable innovation in the chemical industry.
